What should I bring to my appointment?

A valid, government-issued photo ID

All documents you need notarized or printed (with the exception of printing)

Any additional signers or witnesses, if required (For your convenience, we can provide a witness at your appointment upon request for an additional fee)
What payment methods are accepted?
At this time, we accept Debit, Credit, Cash, Zelle, and CashApp.
Do you offer refund if there was an error with notarization?
Blair Notary & Co. does not offer any full refunds four our services. While we do not offer full refunds, we will take 100% responsibility to get the error corrected at no additional charge, however, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued upon discretion if we are responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by re-notarizing the document(s) within 15 days after the appointment.
What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours in advance without any additional fees. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
